Where to buy suitable clothing:

https://www.rhkyc.org.hk/club-facilities/ship-shop). There are also several sailing and outdoor shops in Causeway Bay (Bunns & Quicksilver) or Wan Chai (Sky International Tel: 2827 5876, or Stormforce Marine Tel: 2866 0114, or Monster Marine Tel: 2511 8337). Decathlon also sells a wide range of items that are suitable for sailing including gloves, jackets and wetsuits.
For courses in the winter months it is important to wear enough layers. If you are looking at wetsuits then a 3mm plus a thermal and windproof jacket combined with a warm hat is normally enough for the colder days in Hong Kong.
