68th Head of the Bay

Location: Middle Island, Deep Water Bay, Hong Kong

First held in 1955, and with only two years skipped since then, this event features both short and long course time trials and consistently attracts participants from youth to Masters rowers. The 1955 Annual Report noted that the inaugural event 70 years ago "proved a great success and will undoubtedly become a popular annual event" - and indeed, it has!

Open to rowers from juniors to adults and masters, this prestigious time-trial race embodies the spirit of rowing excellence. It typically coincides with the International Master Regatta organised by HKCRA, creating an exciting race week that brings together rowers from around the world. Join us in celebrating this historic event at the Head of the Bay.
