Corporate Paddling Programmes

RHKYC offers a range of corporate dragon boating and outrigger canoe experiences designed to suit corporate teams, team building, staff rewards, and family engagement events.

With a fleet of dragon boats and outrigger canoes accommodating up to 60 participants on the water at any one time, we can run dynamic and engaging sessions using boats configured for 10 or 20 paddlers.

Flexible Program Structure

Most sessions run for approximately 2 hours, although timing can be tailored to meet your organisations' needs. Each session includes:

A structured introduction to paddling fundamentals
Coaching from experienced instructors
Team building challenges and friendly racing activities

All programmes can be fully tailored to meet your specific needs, whether focused on competition, collaboration, or pure enjoyment.

Programme Options

Corporate Team Trainings

Have a corporate team looking to practice? Our coaches are able to train your team on a weekly/bi-weekly basis to get your ready for the start line at any race!

Team Building Days

Strengthen connections, reinvigorate team spirit, and motivate your staff through a shared, goal-oriented, and fun day on the water.

Reward and Recognition Days
