Club Announcement

The General Committee approved amendments to replace Bye-Law 12 – Rowing. These changes will take effect on 15 June 2026.

The General Committee has approved two parking-related policies: (i) implementation of a licence plate recognition system, and (ii) allowing a car park pass to cover both a car and a motorbike; and the new policy take effect from 1 July 2026.

Exclusive Facility Access - The Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club

In recognition of the partnership between Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club and the Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club for the upcoming Dragon World Championship in November 2026, and to build upon the positive relationship between both Clubs, we have agreed to extend to active members of each Club certain privileges via the access to each other’s facilities on a limited term basis between 1 July 2026 and 30 June 2027.

Please note that due to limited locker availability on major race days (sailing and rowing (including paddling), lockers and towels are reserved for members and registered overseas visitorsonly. Members and registered overseas visitors must present their membership or registration card to staff to gain access.

All other guests should bring their own towel, as they will not have access to lockers or towels on these days.

Please note that at their meeting on 25 June 2026, the General Committee approved that Marine Fees be increased by 3% with effect from 01 August 2026.
