About Personal Trainer - Claire

Claire is a personal trainer and competitive powerlifter who creates practical, results-driven training programs. With a focus on fitness and nutrition, she emphasises building consistent habits to support overall health and well-being, aiming to make strength training safe and approachable for everyone.

As a powerlifter with podium finishes in the 56kg female open category, achieving a 125kg squat, 65kg bench press, and 171kg deadlift, Claire understands the transformative power of strength training. She is passionate about fostering a supportive fitness culture where individuals feel confident exploring their potential and working toward their goals.

In her approach, Claire focuses on designing programs that prioritize safe technique, foundational movement patterns, and steady, goal-oriented progress to help individuals build strength, resilience, and a sustainable commitment to their health.
