About Banqueting

One of the best and most exclusive Club banqueting facilities available in Hong Kong, overlooking the Western Harbour, with IFC on one side and ICC on the other.

Maximum capacity: 200 for cocktail, 168 for meal.
Recommended use: Cocktails, luncheons, dinner parties and meetings etc.

The whole Regatta Room can be booked individually or in combinations of 2, 3 or 4 rooms and each time the respective balcony space is also included

Maximum capacity: 50 for cocktail and 48 for meal.
Recommended use: Cocktails, luncheons, dinner parties and meetings etc.

Available for private banquet event from Sundays - Fridays only.

Maximum capacity: 100 for cocktails, 72 for meals
Recommended use: Luncheons, cocktail parties, dinner parties (BBQ, buffet, set), wedding banquets, etc.

A gorgeous pool in the heart of town. A relaxing party venue.

Maximum capacity: Maximum 280 pax (includes veranda section)

Remarks:
Effective from 1 September 2014, no swimming is allowed for any private function held by the Poolside. However, it is mandatory to have lifeguards on duty until the end of the party and lifeguard charge will be applied.

Recommended use: Dinner parties, BBQ and buffet dinners.

For small-scale meetings, we offer private hire options in the meeting rooms of new annex building during daytime.

*No food and beverage is permitted inside the room, except for the provided coffee, tea and water 

The Sedgwick & Minnitt Rooms enjoy a large terrace area that overlooks Deep Water Bay ( Limited availability subject to review).

Maximum capacity: 60 for cocktails, 40 for meals.
Recommended use: Dinner parties, cocktail parties, etc.

A grassy area that is rare to find in Hong Kong! Its terrace overlooks Deep Water Bay ( Limited availability in 1st quarter of the year due to annual grass replant project)

Maximum capacity: 90 for cocktails, 70 for meals
Recommended use: Cocktail parties, BBQ and buffet lunches and dinners.
