As per Club Bye Laws if a member wishes to park their car or motorbike at the Club, they must apply for a parking label.

Q: What is the difference between a 7-day parking label, a 5-day parking label and a 5-day Shelter Cove parking label?
A: A 7-day parking label allows parking at Kellett Island and Shelter Cove at any time. For a married account, in addition to the 7-day parking label, members may apply for one 5-day parking label that allows two vehicles (including a motorbike) to be parked at Kellett Island and Shelter Cove from Mondays to Fridays (excluding weekends and public holidays). A 5-day Shelter Cove parking label only permits parking at Shelter Cove during weekdays.
Q: How many hours can I park, is there a limit?
A: Your parking label includes 50 parking hours per calendar month. If you exceed that, there will be a charge of $17 per additional hour, with a maximum monthly charge $2,550 (weekends and public holidays are not counted).
Q: If I apply mid-year, do I have to pay the full annual fee?
A: For applications made after 31 March, the fee will be pro-rated on a monthly basis.
Q: How many cars can I register for a parking label?
A: You can register up to four vehicles (including a motobike) under a membership account. The annual fee includes the first two sets of parking labels. Each additional parking label is $300. If the car is registered under a company name, please submit an authorization letter from the company (with company stamp) stating your position.
Q: Can I park my car overnight or for a longer period?
A: Members may not park their vehicles for longer than 72 hours without the permission of the General Manager. A penalty of $1000 will be applied for breaches.
Q: I bought a new car/ my car plate number has changed…
A: Please bring the new vehicle registration document with your current parking label (even if damaged) for exchange at Reception.
Q: I have lost my parking label / smart tag…
A: Please contact Club Reception to get a replacement. The replacement fee is $50 per parking label.
Q: Can we park two cars if I come with my family to the Club?
A: Only one vehicle may be parked without prior arrangment, a penalty of $500 will be charged per entry for a second vehicle. If you are registered under a married couple membership and have been issued a 7-day parking label and a 5-day parking label, you may park up to two vehicles on weekdays (non-public holidays), but only one vehicle on weekends and public holidays.

Tesla Charging Stations and BMW Universal Charging Stations
- The use of the EV charging stations is solely for Members who have a valid car parking label and he/she must register their details with the security guards on duty at the entrance gate upon arrival; and when necessary to leave a car key with the security guard.
- The Club reserves the right to suspend the use of the charging stations on peak days at the Club and on those occasions the spaces allocated for charging will be available for use by any car.
- The use of the EV charging stations is on a first come first served basis, and no reservation is permitted.
- The maximum charging time is three hours on weekdays, and two hours on weekends and public holidays.
- There is a fee for using the EV charging service and the hourly rate is $20 per hour or part thereof.
- A Member is responsible for moving his/her car at the end of the prescribed charging period as above. If the car is not moved within the prescribed time period, a penalty charge of $200 will be applied.
Members and their registered guests may bring bicycles to Kellett Island and park them at the designated bicycle rack. The General Committee has approved rules for the use of the Bicycle Rack, which are displayed at the location of the rack as well as on the Club website. The General Committee has delegated to the General Manager, the discretion to update and maintain these rules as required, in conjunction with the Kellett Island Sub-Committee.
