House Rules

Children
Children under the age of 12 must remain under the personal supervision of a responsible member over 18 years of age at all times whilst on Club premises. Children are permitted to dine at any F&B outlet at any time with the exception that they may only have lunch in the Compass Room on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, and dinner there on Sundays, Firework night(s), Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and tea at the Club’s Children’s Christmas Party, and they may attend private functions to which they have been invited as a guest and any other occasions approved from time to time by the General Committee. They are not permitted in the Kellett Island Main Bar after 1800hrs.
Domestic Helpers / Private Coaches / Instructors
Usage is limited. They are prohibited except in the Club Room and adjacent lift lobby, the metal platform and steps to the Waterside, the Carpark and hardstanding areas.

No domestic helper may perform domestic duties at the Club premises and no coach/instructor shall conduct private lessons at any of the Club’s premises without the consent of the General Committee, who may delegate the granting of such consent to the General Manager. Applications for consent must be made in advance to the General Manager and a special pass will be given to the respective helper/coach for identification. By way of guidance, consent may be requested for a domestic helper to support a disabled member or a member who requires special care. For the avoidance of doubt a domestic helper is permitted: (a) to visit the Club’s restaurants as a guest of a member so long as the domestic helper is not required to perform duties during the visit; and (b) to collect or drop off young children of members in the carpark of the Club’s premises at Kellett Island and Shelter Cove and the pontoon area of Middle Island.
