Adult Rowing Intermediate Skills, Level 2

Prerequisite:
Graduates from Level 1 introduction course at the Club; or
Experienced Sweep Rowers who want to learn to scull

Content:

Develop boat maneuver skills
Intermediate blade work and body positioning
Crew boat rowing
Learn to row faster and practice rowing further
Self practice time

Fee (per person per course):
$2,000 (for RHKYC member)
$2,700 (for RHKYC cardholder of Introductory Scheme)
$3,000 (for Non RHKYC member)

Training Time:
8 sessions per course - ONE session per week
Every Saturday or Sunday at 10:00am to 12:00pm
Complete in 8 weeks
