Join the cooking classes led by Swiss Chef Heinz Egli. During each class, three dishes will be demonstrated with all ingredients and recipe ready. Chef Heinz Egli brings with him more than 30 years of experience in
hotel management, restaurant operations and private club administration. In addition to his extensive professional experience, he is the founding
president of the HK Chef’s Association in 1991 and currently a qualified instructor from the HK Culinary Academy.
