For the month of April, enjoy a special white asparagus menu paired with wines from Schloss Gobelsburg in Austria.

For nearly a millennium, Schloss Gobelsburg has stood as one of Austria’s most revered wineries. In the
past decade alone, it has been selected six times by Wine & Spirits Magazine as one of the “Top 100
Wineries of the Year". Winemaker Michael Moosbrugger is highly respected in the industry and has been awarded the prestigious title of “Winemaker of the Year".

The winery’s signature is Austria’s national grape variety, Grüner Veltliner, producing white wines with a
unique, refreshing character that pair beautifully with a wide range of cuisines. These wines are among
the most recommended by sommeliers worldwide.
