Stand Up Paddling (SUP)

Stand up Paddling (SUP) is a paddle water sport that was developed from surfing in Hawaii. The sport has continued to develop and expand internationally and is growing fast all over the world. No longer a sport exclusively for professional surfers, anyone can learn the basic skills and techniques necessary to paddle safely for enjoyment and fitness. The paddle stroke is a relatively easy technique to learn making the sport of SUP accessible to nearly all levels of fitness, age and ability.

Stand up Paddling is a fun and healthy way to enjoy and explore the waterways and local scenery of Middle Island. Not only that, it’s an affordable way to get a full body workout at the same time.
