Health Talk on Sleep Optimisation

Insomnia or an interrupted sleep pattern is very common in Hong Kong. Ignoring poor sleep could lead to serious health consequences, increase the risk of chronic diseases, and result in early death. Sleep is the bedrock for recovery, restoration, and rejuvenation.

Miles Price from Peak Metabolism will share the impact of poor sleeping habits and how they can lead to different chronic diseases and have a negative effect on the body. He will also introduce biohacking tools that help promote deep and sound sleep, as well as how to optimise your sleep by addressing the brain and metabolism.
