The Club's Sail Training Programme aims to improve the overall quality of sailing in Hong Kong, by promoting sailing both as a sport and as a leisure activity and by keeping sailors and rowers up to date with new developments.Teaching the practical aspects of sailing is achieved through our Adult and Youth Sail Training Schemes. |

Shore based courses are run to prepare students for Marine Department examinations and to cover other relevant topics. |

In addition to the above Sailing programme the Rowing section runs a Novice Rowing Course aimed at teaching the basics to members & potential new members wishing to learn the basics. |
