This 5 day course will be conducted by experienced qualified Hong Kong Sailing Federation instructors and assistant instructors in our two-sail, 16' Wayfarer dinghies.

Students will learn how to helm and crew a two-man dinghy and successful students will be deemed capable of sailing, without an instructor on board, in light airs and will receive a RHKYC Level 2 Sailing Certificate. Those who attend but do not reach the required level will receive a Level 1 Certificate. Please note, a level 2 certificate is needed to become an approved helm.

Please note that a student must complete the course in full to receive level 2 and we suggest that you carefully consult your diary before enrolling as course fees cannot be refunded. If you are unable to attend some of the practical days, make up days may be arranged at a cost of $620 a day. Attendance is also most important as we have a very long waiting list for these courses and by not completing a course you will be preventing another student from taking part.
