航行需知 Important Navigation Information

船舶在內地水域航行期間，AIS（自動識別系統）應答器必須始終保持開啟及正常運作狀態
The AIS transponder must be switched on and operational at all times while in Chinese Mainland waters.

入境內地前 Before entering Chinese Mainland waters：

在進入內地水域後、完成入境程序前，船隻必須懸掛Q旗（檢疫旗）
Upon entering Chinese Mainland waters and before completing immigration clearance formalities, vessels must display the Q flag (quarantine flag).

離境內地前 Before leaving Chinese Mainland waters：

在離開內地水域前、完成離境程序前，船隻必須懸掛Q旗（檢疫旗）
Upon departing Chinese Mainland waters and before completing departure clearance formalities, vessels must display the Q flag (quarantine flag).

Procedures for Obtaining the Certificate of Qualification

由持有回鄉證的中國公民駕駛員注冊帳號（需以內地電話或微信注冊）
An operator who is a Chinese citizen and holds a valid Home Return Permit registers an account using a Chines Mainland mobile phone number or a WeChat account.
接獲廣東海事局發出成功注冊的SMS
Receive an SMS confirmation of successful registration from the Guangdong Maritime Safety Administratio
完成不少於兩小時的線上學習
Complete not less than two hours of online learning
完成線上考核
Complete the online assessment

《考核合格證明》有效期五年或更短（視乎一級遊樂船操作人證明書或二級遊樂船操作人證明書的有效期） The Certificate of Qualification is valid for 5 years or less.( Subject to the validity period of the Grade 1 or Grade 2 Pleasure Vessel Operator Certificate)
