船主要求 Requirements for Boat Owners

年滿十八歲並持有回鄉證的中國公民（個人船隻）；或
持有有效香港商業登記證及公司註冊證明書的公司所擁有之船隻
Chinese citizens aged 18 or above who hold a valid Home Return Permit
Owned by companies with valid Hong Kong Business Registration and Certificate of Incorporation documents.

船員要求 Requirements for Crew

全船人數總數（包括駕駛員和船長）不得超過十二人No more than 12 persons( including drivers and Captain) are permitted on board.
駕駛員（包括船長）要求 Driver ’s (including Captain) Requirements

在香港水域 In Hong Kong Waters：

不限國籍No restriction on nationality
必須持有一級遊樂船操作人證明書或二級遊樂船操作人證明書
Must hold a Grade 1 or Grade 2 Pleasure Vessel Operator Certificate

在內地水域 In Chinese Mainland Waters：

必須為持有回鄉證的中國公民 Must be a Chinese citizen a Home Return Permit
必須持有一級遊樂船操作人證明書或二級遊樂船操作人證明書 Must hold a Grade 1 or Grade 2 Pleasure Vessel Operator Certificate
必須先完成線上學習，並取得《考核合格證明》作內地水域駕駛證 Must complete the required online training and obtain a Certificate of Qualification for operating in Chinese Mainland waters.

注：其他乘客可為外籍人士，但須持有有效護照及簽證（如適用）
Remark: Other passengers may be foreign nationals, but they must hold valid passports and visas (if applicable)
