船隻入港手續 Vessel Arrival Clearance Procedures

完成入境手續後,返港後二十四小時內準備以下的文件到海事處辦理綜合許可證,相關手續可由其中一名船員代為辦理。

1. 由上一停靠港簽發的出港證
2. 填寫好的船隻船員的各項詳情﹙非公約船隻﹚(表格207A)(入境手續完成後的藍色文件)
3. 填寫好的海事處船隻報告 - 一般事項申報表(表格md 510)
4. 船舶擁有權證明書正本
5. 運作牌照副本
6. 船長身份證
7. 一級遊樂船操作人證明書或二級遊樂船操作人證明書

海事處辦公時間為星期一至五,如返港時間為星期六或公眾假期,船隻入港手續可以順延

After completing the immigration clearance procedures, and within 24 hours of returning to Hong Kong, please present the following documents to the Marine
Department to apply for a Composite Permit. The application may be completed by any one crew member on behalf of the entire crew.

1. Port Clearance from the last port visited;
2. A completed Particulars of Members of the Crew of a Ship (Non-Convention Vessel) (Form 207A) (Blue document issued upon completion of immigration clearance procedures);
3. A completed Marine Department Shipping Report – General Declaration (Form md 510) ;
4. The original Certificate of Ownership;
5. A copy of the Operating Licence;
6. The Captain's Hong Kong Identity Card; and
7. Grade 1 or Grade 2 Pleasure Vessel Operator Certificate

The Marine Department's office hours are Monday to Friday. If a vessel returns to Hong Kong on a Saturday or a public holiday, the port clearance formalities may be completed on the next working day.
