Preparations for leaving Hong Kong

檢查船隻是否符合要求 Check whether the boat meets the requirements

必須為8米及以上香港第IV類別非開敞式遊樂船
Must be a Hong Kong Class IV non-open pleasure vessel with a length of not less than 8 metres.
委託目的地的指定遊艇會 Appoint a designated yacht club

I. 用作申請臨時船舶國籍證書 To facilitate the application for Temporarily Ship Nationality Certificates
II. 協助處理內地的出入境手續 Assist with entry and exit procedures in Chinese Mainland
六個遊艇進出口岸客運碼頭 Six key ports and wharves designated for entry and exit

I. 南沙港口岸南沙港區客運碼頭 Nansha Port Passenger Terminal
II. 蛇口港口岸客運碼頭 Shekou Cruise Center
III. 深圳機場口岸福永客運碼頭 Shenzhen Airport Ferry Termina
IV. 珠海港口岸九洲港區九洲港客運碼頭 Jiuzhou Ferry Port
V. 珠海港口岸萬山港區桂山客運碼頭 Zhuhai Port Wanshan Port Area Guishan Passenger Terminal
VI. 中山港口岸神灣港區盛世游艇會碼頭 Shengshi Yacht Club Marina, Shenwan Port Area, Zhongshan Port Port Facility
準備所需文件Prepare the required documents：

I. 船舶擁有權證明書Certificate of Ownership

II. 香港商業登記證（適用於公司擁有之船隻）Business Registration (Applicable to Vessels Owned by Companies)
III. 運作牌照 Operating Licence

IV. 驗船報告（有效期一年） Survey Report (Validity: One year)
可經中國船級社（香港分社）進行 Can be processed through the China Classification Society (Hong Kong Branch)
V. 船舶免予衞生控制證書/ 船舶衞生控制證書（有效期6個月） (DH2666)
Application form for Ship Sanitation Control Exemption Certificate / Ship Sanitation Control Certificate (DH2666) (Validity: Six months)

VI. 臨時船舶國籍證書（有效期一年）（需聯絡目的地的合資格遊艇會代辦）Temporarily Ship Nationality Certificates (Validity: One year)
