Founded in 1871 in Bergholtz, the winery expanded through the 2000 union of two historic Alsatian families, Domaine Dirler-Cadé spans 18 hectares—nearly half located in the prestigious Saering, Kessler, Kitterlé, and Spiegel Grand Crus.
A pioneer in biodynamic viticulture certified by Demeter and Biodyvin since 1998, the estate relies on horse-ploughing, hand-harvesting, and minimal cellar intervention, including spontaneous fermentations and extended lees aging.
The resulting wines are pure, precise, and highly age-worthy, ranging from bone-dry expressions to rich Vendanges Tardives and Sélections de Grains Nobles that vividly reflect their unique terroirs.
