Swimming Pool and Annex Meeting Rooms | 0900hrs to 1700hrs

Build confidence. Learn lifesaving skills. Be ready to make a difference.Gain practical training in water safety, rescue techniques, and emergency response in a supportive environment. Open to participants aged 13 or above, this course is ideal for anyone who wants to build confidence, develop essential skills, and be prepared to help save a life.

Date: 11, 18 and 25 October 2026 (Sundays)
Charge: $3,385 per person (for 3-day training)

Pre-requisite of participant:

Aged 13 or above (Parent consent is required for participants aged 18 or below)
Able to swim 200 metre in 5 minutes
Able to tread water for 3 minutes

The course will commence with a minimum of 6 participants.

Notes:

Service provider will arrange and escort the group to examinations (Part A, B & C) as per public schedule organised by the Hong Kong China Life Saving Society.
In an event of failing any part(s) of the exam, a resit exam fee will apply (Part A: $210; Part B: $210; Part C: $300). For any participant who fails twice will need to retake the course
