Join us for a refined wine dinner celebrating Domaine Henri & Gilles Buisson, a rising estate in Burgundy. The winery brings together generations of winemaking heritage, organic and biodynamic vineyard practices, and a distinctive high-altitude freshness that makes its wines beautifully suited to the table.

This special evening will feature the purity, minerality and finesse of Saint-Romain through a thoughtfully curated four-course menu. Each dish has been designed to highlight the character of the selected wines for a memorable journey through Burgundy.
