Salmon Gravlax Curing Workshop

Regatta Room | 1900hrs to 2100hrs

This beautifully simple and timeless process of curing salmon is surprisingly straightforward given the right ingredients, instructions and time. All participants will learn from Executive Chef Paul Fong how to cure and take home their own 1.8kg side of salmon; a great culinary trick to learn this Christmas!
