Adult Rowing Intermediate Skills, Level 2

Prerequisite: 
Graduates from Level 1 introduction course at the Club; or
Experienced Sweep Rowers who want to learn to scull

Content:

  • Develop boat maneuver skills
  • Intermediate blade work and body positioning
  • Crew boat rowing
  • Learn to row faster and practice rowing further
  • Self practice time

Fee (per person per course):
$2,700 (for RHKYC member)
$3,000 (for RHKYC cardholder of Introductory Scheme)
$3,150 (for Non RHKYC member)

Training Time:
5 sessions per course
(subject to TeamSnap schedule)

Location:
Middle Island, Deep Water Bay, Hong Kong
