Human Resources Manager

This position is a senior management role with direct report to the General Manager and is responsible for overseeing the HR functions for three clubhouses located at Kellett Island, Middle Island and Shelter Cove.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the HR functions on full spectrum, including but not limited to recruitment, talent management, staff engagement, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management and learning and development.
  • Handle annual budget, salary review and bonus scheme with ability to conduct various proposals and market surveys.
  • Work closely with top management team on any HR initiatives and take part in strategic decision-making.
  • Review and develop the HR policy, procedures and practices to ensure the consistency and compliance with the statutory regulations.
  • Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders to implement HR administration policies and procedures in the work environment.
  • Drive a culture of growth, organization changes, business transformation and positive employee relations.
  • Be a servicing partner to all departments in terms of guiding growth and ensuring a comprehensive HR infrastructure in place.
We are looking for an experienced professional with:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Administration or related discipline.
  • Over 10 years solid experience in all-round human resources management and training, of which at last 5 years at management level.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict management skills.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies and processes.
  • Strong hands-on experience in design and delivery of in-house training programs.
  • Sound knowledge of HK Labour Ordinance and other relevant legislation.
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
  • Well versed in PC operation, including Chinese Word Processing.
