By the start of the 2018-2019 sailing season, it is planned to have TopYacht in use for all sailing races. The first set up of TopYacht will require a little more information on your boat, but once your profile is set up TopYacht will store boat and crew information for upcoming races and save time in the long run.

Step 1 - Create a TopYacht profile by entering an existing race. (If you are unsure if your boat is in the registry please double check here.) Please make sure to share your login details with any crew who may need to sign on your boat for a race if you are not sailing. To log in, it will require your sail number e.g. HKG1234 and a password.

Step 2 - After you have entered for the first time, log back in and update your crew list. (You can enter all crew that sail on the boat and the system will save this information for future races.) Please make sure to include the skipper on the crew list.

Step 3 - On the day of racing go to the event page on the RHKYC website and click the sign on link to select crew who are on the boat and sign on for the race.

If you have any questions please drop by the Sailing Office and we can give you a hand. Here are the Step by Step guidelines for entering and signing on.
