We will kick off the year with outrigger canoe. The sessions will teach the fundamentals of paddling including stroke technique, training drills, and body alignment for sports. The sessions will also include swimming and fun beach games.
Training schedule:
Dates: end August to end November (up to 10 sessions and including end of year race)
Time: Saturday's 1130 to 1300hrs at Middle Island (subject to TeamSnap's schedule)
