Ready for the Summer?  Join us for the Big Aussie Wine Pairing BBQ buffet dinner to have a fabulous start.

To start with a glass of Aussie sparkling wine upon arrival, enjoy the refreshing appetizers includes Blue Mussels, Shrimp cocktails, Zucchini Fritters with Smoked Salmon paired with the selected Australian white wines.

Enjoy the Australian red wines with traditional charcoal BBQ Aussie Whole Lamb on spit; BBQ: Kangaroo, Sirloin, Tiger Prawn, Banger Sausage, Chicken & Zucchini in Skewer and more! Finish with the Pavlovas, Vegemite Brownie and Lemon Cheese Cake.
