Italian Michelin-starred Chef Luigi Nastri is a minimalist. Trained in his parents' cooking school on the Amalfi coast, he has combined the classic Mediterranean setting, with an international influence derived from numerous journeys between Japan, Northern Europe and the United States. The result is a personal cuisine; rooted in family lunches with its rich olfactory load; and starting from here, experiments with techniques, cooking and combinations.  Nastri’s professional growth culminated in 2016 with the arrival in Rome at La Stazione di Posta, and his first Michelin star.

Vesevo is the ancient name of the famed volcano Mt. Vesuvius, in whose shadow sit the vineyards. Vesevo vineyards enjoy the rich volcanic soils which impart mineral nuances to the wines which are crafted by a team headed by internationally known Tuscan winemaker, Alberto Antonini.

The Zeni winery's philosophy lived by innovator Nino Zeni, is now caught up by current managing board with Fausto, Elena and Federica Zeni. The continuous improvement both in the production processes and in the winery's management made the winery fully eligible to obtain the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000 quality certification.
