Join the first of our monthly cooking classes led by experienced Swiss Chef Heinz Egli. During each class, three dishes will be demonstrated and you will be provided with all of the ingredients and the recipe.

 

Chef Heinz Egli brings with him more than 30 years of experience in hotel management, restaurant operations and private club administration. In addition to his extensive professional experience,  he is the founding president of the HK Chef’s Association in 1991 and is a qualified instructor with the HK Culinary Academy.
