Join us for an engaging day designed to enhance your life, regardless of age! With over 2,000 members aged 60 and above, the Club’s Family Sub-Committee is dedicated to creating facilities and programmes that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our members. Our goal is to encourage active participation in a variety of activities that nurture wellness, foster friendships, and inspire a sense of purpose.
Our inaugural event, “Exploring Longevity,” invites individuals of all ages to discover how we can all contribute to a vibrant later life. Aging encompasses more than just the passage of time; it involves navigating an array of physical, mental, social, and emotional changes. Longevity signifies living a longer and healthier life, focusing on making the most of our later years. This is an excellent opportunity to explore how actions taken in our 30s and 40s can positively impact our health as we age.
