Please COMPLETE both forms and return to the Sailing Office with a copy of your boat valid Operating License (for Hong Kong Registered boat) / Boat Certificate of Registry (for non HK Registered boat)  on or before 1800 hours on Thursday 25th March 2010 , so that we can bulk file them with the HK Marine Department.

Any forms received after that date cannot be processed, you will have to go to the Marine Dept yourself to clear out before the start of the race.

All HK yachts with exemptions will need to do this, as the Philippines authorities require it.
