Receptionist

Responsibilities:
• Perform general duties at front desk such as phone calls handling, providing information to callers, greeting visitors and members, taking and relaying messages.
• Manage video and book rental and return.
• Monitor facilities bookings.
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries
• Tidy and maintain the reception area

Requirements:
• Form 7 or above
• Preferably a minimum of two years Clubs’ working experience
• Familiar with PC application
• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
• A team player with outgoing personality.
• Good manner
• Willing to work shift and on weekends.

Houseman / Amah

• Two years or above cleaning and manual handling experience
• Simple Spoken English

Barman / Barmaid

• A minimum of two years’ relevant working experience in hotels/clubs.
• Preference will be given to those with good wine and cocktail knowledge.
• Good command of spoken English.

Japanese Chef (Coffee Shop)

• A minimum of two years’ experience in Japanese cuisine.
• Creative and quality-oriented.
• Must be well versed in kitchen hygiene.
• An ability to read and understand simple English.
• A team player.

Wine Manager / Chief Sommelier / Sommelier

• A certificate holder of a recognized sommelier program.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity for the position of Wine Manager.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good service skills and proficient in organizing and marketing events.
• Good knowledge of food and wine pairing.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills.

Waiters / Waitresses (Coffee Shop)

• 1-2 years’ experience in food & beverage service. 
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good manner and problem solving skill.
• A team player with outgoing personality.
• Customer-oriented.

Chef de Partie / Demi Chef /Senior Cook (Coffee Shop / Fine Dining Restaurant)

• Previous experience in Western and Asian cuisine is necessary.
• Good communications skill.
• Creative and quality-oriented.
• Must be well-versed in kitchen hygiene.
• An ability to read and understand simple English.
