Wine Captain/Assistant Sommelier (Coffee Shop)

• A certificate holder of a recognized sommelier program.
• A minimum of 2 years’ food & beverage experience in a coffee shop.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good service skills and an ability to organise and market events.
• Good knowledge of food and wine pairing.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills.
 

Japanese Chef (Coffee Shop)

• A minimum of two years’ experience in Japanese cuisine.
• Creative and quality-oriented.
• Must be well versed in kitchen hygiene.
• An ability to read and understand simple English.
• A team player.

 Captain/Waiters/Waitresses (Fine Dining Room & Coffee Shop)

• A minimum of four years’ food & beverage experience.  Applicants with lesser experience will be considered for the post of Waiters/Waitresses.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good manner, leadership and problem solving skill.
• A team player with outgoing personality.
• Customer-oriented.

 Senior Cook/Junior Cook (Fine Dining Room & Coffee Shop) 

 • A minimum of five years’ experience in Western and Asian cuisine.  Applicants with lesser experience will be considered for the post of Junior Cook.
• Strong communications skill.
• Creative and quality-oriented.
• Must be well-versed in kitchen hygiene.
• An ability to read and understand simple English.

Houseman / Amah

• F.3 or above standard.
• At least 1 year experience in hospitality industry.
• Able to communicate in English and Chinese.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Willing to work for housekeeping duties in the Club other areas if necessary.
• Eager to learn.
