The role of the Sailing Development Committee is to make recommendations to the Sailing Committee for ways to increase participation and improve performance in Sailing in the Club.
Currently the main target groups are Cadet Sailors and also the Big Boat Class.
As with most development programmes these are not always changes that come about over night but the initiatives introduced so far have been very positive.
The committee is very open to new ideas; even if you are not on the committee but have a good idea, please get in touch with a committee member or the Sailing Development Manager.
