Skandia Adult Sail Training Programme
RS400 Clinics
The two day Adult RS400 Clinic includes an introduction to this fast exciting dinghy. It is suitable for those sailors who have already completed HKSF Level 3 or who have equivalent experience. For those sailors who have already sailed the boat the Clinic will also cover more advanced skills including boat setup and understanding apparent wind sailing with the spinnaker.

General Information
Sessions
|
2 day course
Practicals 0900 - 1700hrs
Sessions will be held at Middle Island and students will meet the course instructor in one of the meeting rooms on the second level.

Safety |
The wearing of buoyancy aids is obligatory and the Club will provide these. Students may bring their own if they wish. |
Food & Beverage
|
Lunch & a drink are included as part of the course fee. Additional Food and Beverage is available and non-members will be given a student card to use their personal Octopus card. |
Clothing
|
You will need to bring soft shoes and such clothes as to protect you from the weather (including a waterproof jacket in the colder months to keep the wind off you).
Please remember that you will get wet, so bring a towel and a change of clothes with you!

Applications
|
Priority will be given to members who return their application form one month prior to the start of the course. All other applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. |
