Boatyard

The boatyard of the RHKYC offers a unique facility for members of the Club. Located at Kellett Island the yard offers a one-stop service facility capable of lifting boats of up to 35 tonnes and up to 75 feet in length. Services include painting, engineering, welding, machine shop work, fibreglass and gel coat repairs, carpentry, rigging (including swaging, splicing and cold heading), electronics installations and repairs, refrigeration installation and repair. The yard employs 14 full time staff and is generally a “hive of activity”. |
